Yesterday, I returned from meeting a client of ours to dicuss a few additional plans for their wedding, to be greeted in my inbox upon my return to the office with “So good to see you today and thank you for calmly answering my numerous questions too!”. Ok, great so our client is happy and we’re yet to do the job.
